Man, got some costly foul up going around because of love! Least, as hoped, we grow stronger from it (aka, don’t repeat with more money lost).

And I would have to think that it is better to call off the relationship before the marriage or it could have been much more costly in the long run.

What I didn’t mention, I have a beautiful daughter from that relationship. And she is priceless!

Yikes Christine, oh well, who can control themselves when they are in love. I know I can’t.

If it makes you feel better, someone I know called off their $90,000 wedding 3 weeks before and lost $45,000 just like that.

Oh how love messes up our finances. Very good write-up. I believe love has cost me in the neighborhood of $20,000. I was engaged once and it didn’t work out. I’m glad it didn’t because I’m much better off, but it did cost me some cash
