I am glad to see that somebody has written a book telling us that our credit score is not the only thing that matters or that the credit score does not determine our overall happiness. My credit score has never been totally perfect because I refuse to let companies bully me into compliance when I do not pay a disputed charge. Fortunately my credit score is good enough that I can afford a little tussle now and then, but I feel much better holding my stance than letting a company bully me when it does not have a valid and fair case. In such an instance my well-being actually goes up as my credit score goes down. It seems like our credit score determines our (economic) well-being.
